Lot sizes are approximate and should be verified by survey. Sales prices and other related information do not represent an obligation by owner to sell. Prices are subject to change without notice. The only binding agreement to sell will be a written contract properly executed by buyer and seller.

Sales Prices are firm and net to seller. Earnest money should be 5-10% of the sales price (depending on closing date), held by seller, an attorney, or a licensed real estate broker and unconditionally forfeited if buyer fails to close as agreed. Closing dates longer than 30-60 days from contract execution will be unacceptable.
